Reactors

• We currently have two other reactors at Dephis for carrying out our services.
• These two medium-sized, vertical, cylindrical reactors are 0.3 m high and 0.6 m in diameter. This allows us to create the most up-to-date coatings for small and medium-sized batches.
• Each of the reactors can use up to three magnetron sputtering sources simultaneously, as required.

Techniques implemented

• Depending on the materials and applications, different sputtering and polarisation processes can be used: DC, Pulsed DC, Radio Frequency, HPPMS, etc.
• These techniques allow us at Dephis to create whatever coatings you need, taking into account all your requests and constraints.
